One of our growers has Watermelon Radishes! It was the first time i had tried them, and they are great. They are a beautiful color with a mild, sweet radish flavor. We had them in a salad and also tried them just sliced with some salt. I have to say they are almost potato-chip like because of how crunchy they are.
I love trying new foods!
